One new doctoral student joined the laboratory. The student is an international student.
Two new first-year master's students (M1) enrolled and joined the laboratory. Both are international students from China.
Doctoral student Kotarou Saku presented at ムギ類研究会 (a wheat and barley research meeting).
First-year master's student (M1) Bin Liu received 学生奨励賞 at the Symposium on Image Recognition and Understanding (MIRU2026).

Research by alumnus Shota Hioki was presented at the international conference HCII2026.
A public doctoral dissertation defense was held for Wataru Ganaha, who pursued his doctorate while working. Despite his busy professional responsibilities, he achieved outstanding research results and completed his dissertation. Our warmest congratulations.
First-year master's student (M1) Souma Fukazawa presented at the domestic symposium SSII.
The laboratory move is now complete. Our new rooms are on the first floor of Engineering Building H. We thank all the students who helped with our moves for three consecutive years.
